Standex Acquires McStarlite
We are pleased to announce an exciting evolution of Standex Engineering Technologies Group (ETG). Standex International has completed the acquisition of McStarlite Co., a leading manufacturer of complex sheet metal components for the aerospace and defense industries with segmented and single-piece lipskins, nozzles, complex sheet metal assemblies and tooling to support production hardware.
With four facilities in Harbor City, CA, McStarlite will join ETG alongside our three Spincraft businesses based in Billerica, MA; New Berlin, WI; and Newcastle, England. This acquisition adds to ETG’s technology portfolio with complementary and differentiated deep draw and bulge forming capabilities, broadens the group’s technical talent base and creates new opportunities to provide customers with cost-effective hybrid forming solutions.
