While I'm not super partial to the Tapus, mostly due to the overwhelming number of cards they got in this era, this card has some major charm to it
Blacker Lotus provides four mana instead of three, but requires the player to tear it into pieces
Monoxa, Midway Manager gets new keyword abilities whenever you roll a four, five, or six, and allows you to roll a d6 for six mana
These are problematic because in the future, if the owner wants to sell their Commander and forgets that there was a "proxy" of an old dual, or if family members intend to sell them, or even if the owner dies, this "proxy" card can end up in the hands of people who don't play Magic, and many times these people can try to sell fake cards unintentionally
Eh, sometimes
