Cast shadows on it, wave it around near a light source, or use a flashlight or bicycle blinky light for interesting effects. The wooden case is built from hundred year old reclaimed wood, pulled from Chicago buildings being torn down. Textural patterns were etched on it with a laser. Runs on a 9v battery, easily accessed through the back
