The new card that caught my interest is Fears and Premonitions That wraps up the set and what might interest you between the three different card selections

Its obviously great as a slam-pick to go into Kalamax, the Storm Sire, but I see this as having big potential in a lot of decks that like to have fun with instants and sorceries

In the unusual case there are no appropriate cards in exile to target and no player may legally be chosen as a target, the ability is removed from the stack with no effect
