While this seems nice, it has limited viabilty due to the pain of evolving it (from a Fossil, duh) and the high Energy requirement (the blocking of attacks only works after it uses the move)
This looks like a pretty good deal I love creatures that ETB and stun something, and while this makes you jump through a hoop I think that hoop is pretty easy to jump through in Blue
