This does come at the cost of having to exile 3 cards in addition to the mana cost of the card

Given how low the mana investment for this dragon can be, I'm expecting this one to make a big splash

This doesnt generate a ton of extra advantage, especially not in your average Commander game, but its a weird interaction nonetheless
