As one of the only non-assassin commanders on the list, Leo ranks surprisingly high despite not playing a super key role in the story
The only limit is that Klauth's mana must be used on spells, not abilities, but that won't matter much in a typical Dragon deck

It's just a large blobby looking thing, but with creepy eyes, a semi-humanoid shape, and a mouth that's clearly meant to come off like a skull, it's a standout amidst a set of great art because of how downright horrific it looks
