Industry Expertise
From complex assemblies to single demanding components, Standex ETG has been a major supplier to the energy sector. Specifically, the ETG team has been supporting the Power Generation and Oil & Gas industries for more than 30 years. Continuous investing in our forming technology, equipment, secondary processing, approvals, certifications and personnel allow us to offer a wide range of cost-effective solutions for our customers.
In particular, Spincraft has extensive experience with high-strength, high-temperature and corrosion-resistant components. These components range from 12” to 263” (305 mm to 6,680 mm) in diameter. We are capable of manufacturing some of the largest fabricated components and assemblies in the industry. We are able to achieve this by utilizing forming processes. Our unique forming techniques offer the benefits of part-count reduction and weld elimination.
Leading Energy Solutions
Beyond large dimensional fabrications and exotic alloy forming, our specialties lie with achieving complex contoured assemblies in a cost-effective manner. We do this through distinct manufacturing processes, reduced tooling costs and reduced complexity with integral features. Besides this portfolio of advanced forming technologies, our strategically integrated in-house services enable us to be a single-source provider across many energy applications.

Manufacturing Capabilities
Our team has Programmable Numeric Control (PNC) and Computer Numeric Control (CNC) capabilities. Using this technology allows us to develop and capture the manual skill of an operator by recording, playing and refining the progressive spinning paths. As a result, the products we develop are designed for unsurpassed consistency and repeatability.
We have invested in large heat treatment equipment. Having this capability, as well as, being associated with NADCAP means we have all the proper approvals required for annealing, solution heat treating and aging of various alloys used in the industry.
Key Partnerships
Most importantly, here are some of the companies that we hold key partnerships with in this industry: Siemens, Rolls Royce Energy Services, GE, Dresser Rand, Major Tool, PWPS, Solar Turbines and Sulzer.
