Expand forming offers our customers tight tolerances in profiles with consistent concentricity, diameters and roundness from part to part. This method minimizes input materials that other forming techniques can produce. We use expanding to deliver near-net-shaped parts for the Space, Aviation, Defense and Energy markets.

With proprietary coatings and interlocking designed expanders, we can minimize visual expansion impressions. We can also create even pressurization of segments.
